Description: The purpose of the tool is to guide teachers through the often confusing and increasingly complex process of developing standards-based instructional plans that integrate the criteria of Good Models of Teaching with Technology. It was developed by Mass Networks for Project MEET through a grant from the US Department of Education and is available for free to all districts.
