Vision is the ability to see in the mind's eye what the use of technology will look like in a district or school in three to five years. Carefully planned and implemented reform strategies are what enable the realization of that vision. This area provides information and tools for establishing and implementing a vision for technology integration, including links to current research on establishing the conditions under which technology can make the greatest difference for staff and students.
