In an ideal world, all teacher credentialing programs would include courses on technology use and integration in the classroom, and teachers would enter the profession confident and prepared to engage their students in technology-supported learning. For most practicing teachers, however, this is just not the case. For teachers who feel like they are playing “catch-up” with the latest technology developments, or, worse, like they have already lost the race, on-going professional development is crucial.
